Horse Rehabilitation Diary 
 
 
Recording, planning and relfecting are all the components requried for you to successfully rehab your horse from injury. 
This diary allows you to record and relfect weekly on each training session and recognise patterns to communicate back to your team of paraprofessionals.
The 12 weeks in this diary allow you to record your specific exericses and activations/ stretches given to you by your therapist in order to support your horse on their rehab journey. At week 1, 6 and 12 you will be given the chance to take images of your horse and relfect on their posture.
