Pole Exercise

The Snake on the Long Lines 

Set up 4-6 poles touching end to end.

This exercise can be performed from the ground or under saddle in walk. 

Start at level 1 

After Work Exercises

I recommend doing this routine after every training session (ridden or groundwork). 

You can adpat the stretches depending on what you are trying to improve on with your horse.
